Signing in with Microsoft 365 pulls your name, email, and office in automatically, so you don't have to type them — and it's how the order gets attributed to you. There's no separate username or password; it's the same account you use for Outlook.

Yes — order totals are applied to your monthly agent bill. Items that are free are marked FREE and won't add to your total.

It depends on where the item comes from. Items currently in stock at your office can usually be fulfilled the same day. Items managed at the Home Office take about 3–4 days. Anything custom-ordered takes about 5–7 days.

For stock-tracked items, the badge shows how many your office currently has on hand — e.g. 12 in stock. A red 0 in stock means your office is out of that item. Some items also show a minimum order quantity (e.g. min order 2). Items with no badge aren't tracked for stock.

A few items have a minimum order quantity. They're typically produced or bundled in sets, so the form won't let you order fewer than the minimum shown on the item.

Coro (corrugated plastic) signs need a stake to stand, so the form automatically adds the matching stake for you. If you already have stakes on hand, choose "No, I have stakes" on the stake prompt that appears and it won't add them.

Submit is blocked until a few things are set. The usual reasons: an item with options doesn't have an option chosen yet (its dropdown turns red), a required item — including an automatically-added stake — is out of stock at your office, or a required field (like your office) is empty. The message under the Submit button tells you exactly what to fix.

Agents order only for their own office. If you're set up as an office admin, you'll see an extra Ordering for menu at the top of the form that lets you place an order on behalf of one of your office's agents — pick their name and their details fill in automatically. The order is attributed to that agent, and a copy of the confirmation goes to both of you.

After a successful submit, a confirmation message appears under the Submit button and an order summary email is sent to you and marketing. If you don't see the confirmation, the order didn't go through — check the message for what needs fixing.

Every order goes to marketing, your office admin, and billing, with a copy (CC) to you so the summary lands in your own inbox too.

Check your inbox for the order summary email — the subject looks like the example below. Just Reply All to that email and describe the change you need, or say you'd like to cancel. Everyone who needs to act on it is already on the thread.

Photos load using your Microsoft sign-in, so you need Read access to the image library. If images stay blank, email marketing@gobellator.com and they'll get your access sorted.
